No feedback on incorrect order

I ordered 2 Mc feast meals at Mcdonald on your app, but one of the burgers had a special order, I mentioned not to put cheese on it and even noted it on the notes section, I also requested a extra patty since I like fuller burgers, I paid for 2 orders however only 1 was delivered, my order had the added patty and Cheeese! I'm lactose intollarent that's why I don't want it! I had to make another order for my partner since he didn't have anything to eat, even the slip shows that there's 1 order recieved but the slip on Uber charged for 2 and the instructions were not followed, it's been 2 days having complained and I recieved no feedback
