No explanation for very delayed meal

My complaint is not with your driver he was great. On Saturday I placed an order at McDonald's Menlyn. After 2 hours it hadn't arrived. I mesaaged and called tge driver he said they didn't say anything just made him wait. I tried to call them but to no avail. No excuse or apology from the restaurant at all!
