No delivery stole my money and tip

The driver delivered my order to the wrong address, which is not listed on my app. He then placed the food on the ground, took a photo, and left without attempting to contact me or correct the mistake.

This is unacceptable as I paid for a service that was not properly delivered. I did not receive my order, and the delivery process did not follow proper procedure.

I request a full refund for this order. Please treat this as urgent.
