No Delivery. R300 debited from my account. No possible contact with anyone

Placed an order for +R300. Item showed as collected and delivered but I received nothing. I tried reached out thr driver and Uber eats. The driver plain ignored me. Uber eats rep**** via chat bot that my order isnt eligible for refund. So they basically charged me over R300 for nothing. There is no one that you can call and speak too. Its all chat bots with automated answers. When they get it right , they get it right. But when they feel like robbing you , they easily do that too.
