No Delivery. R226,01 debited from my account. No possible contact with anyone Placed an order from a local fishery (Bothasig Fisheries). Item showed as collected and delivered but I received nothing. I tried reached out the lady delivery driver and Uber eats. The claim is that she waited 30mins which is all false. Tried contacting the driver. Initially responding and promised to come and drop the food. After some time the food reflects as if it’s delivered yet I didn’t receive anything. The driver plain ignored me. Uber eats responds via chat bot that my order isnt eligible for refund. So they basically charged me over R200 for nothing. There is no one that you can call and speak too. Its all chat bots with automated answers. When they get it right , they get it right. But when they feel like robbing you , they easily do that too.
