NO DELIVERY OF MY ORDER BY UBEREATS

I Orderd food at 12h10 today using UberEats its 14h26pm now and i have not received my delivery even now, Ryan-LM02SD GP is the driver that was suppose to deliver, i have texted him he doesnt even bother to answer, i called Pedros Norwood and spoke to Zanele who confirmed that my delivery was collected( dont know how true that is even) i ordered this food because i was hungry and thanks to UBEREATS i have not eaten until now, i want my money back because i do not work to donate to Ubereats, this is utter disrespect and being undermined.
