No Delivery of food and no refund

I used this app for the first time and I am totally disgusted and disappointed and upset with myself for thinking this was a good idea. I never received my order. The driver says he tried to call me, yet I received an automated message saying the driver is trying to contact me. I called the number that was on the app immediately and he never answered. I tried calling him numerous times, yet there was no answer. We waited for the driver outside and yet he never pitched and neither was there any driver outside, which clearly means he went to the incorrect house. According to UberEats, he followed protocol by trying to make contact and then waited and left and he would have left it at a secure location and documented it's placement. But Never informed about where he left it either. So I am of the opinion, that it was delivered to the incorrect address or he took the food for himself and just didn't follow all the protocols and gave the food to someone else. The fact that this was my first time using UberEats and to be disappointed like this and the fact that UberEats is not acknowledging that there is fault in the fact that I never received my food, is actually very disgusting and pathetic. But nonetheless you can keep the monies. I will never use the app again.
