No Delivery No Refund

Bought a Pizza via Uber Eats from Romans Pizza Maponya Mall delivered my order to a wrong address and when I queried it with them was told a refund would take 3 to 10 working. Imagine 3 to 10 working days to get your own money which you paid in a matter of seconds.
