No delivery, no refund

I am so disappointed with the horrible service. I ordered a meal on Monday night and still today my order has never arrived and on the app it shows as delivered. The driver by the name of Nkululeko advised me to report this on the app, I did and even today I have not received my refund. Uber eats if you can't deliver my food atleast have the decency to pay me back instead of being a ****!
