No delivery for food ordered

Uber eats has terrible service delivery, I recommend ordering directly through the restaurant because at least you know where your order is. We ordered good and waited for the delivery but driver did not make any sort of communication that he had arrived at the address where l was already waiting. I even asked the security guy who was also waiting at the door but no one saw him. I had to call him myself twice to ask where he was to check if he wasn't at a wrong entrance or something because I saw on the app it indicated that he arrived. But your driver was rude and disrespectful to me. I asked him which side he was waiting because I'm outside and he told me he does not have time and petrol to be redirected to a different entrance. He left from wherever he was while I was still talking to him on the phone. He was shouting and yelling so much that I could not even hear him at some point and he refused to listen and communicate instead he opted to leave with order without communicating an alternative place to collect the order. I’ve contacted Uber support but they did not assist.
