No delivery

I placed an order on Uber eats on the 24/02/2024 in the Kraaifontein area.

The driver called me from the gate of the complex to open, he then called me to go and fetch the order from him, I asked him to follow the deliver instructions as it specifically stated the deliver should be to the door of the unit, he just dropped the call. That was the last I heard of him, I tried messaging and calling him to no luck.

After some time I saw that the order status had changed to completed with a blurt picture of the delivery place, I called the store and they said they could not help. I logged a request on the app and the money was not refunded.

Please help on how to get my money back and how Uber keeps the drivers accountable.
