No delivery by Ubereats

I place an order with ubereats less than an hour ago. When I was notified the driver is about to arrive I went to stand at the gate to meet the driver. I received a message from him stating that he is at the gate. I tried calling him to advise him that he is at the incorrect address as I was standing at the gate waiting for him but he did not answer the call. The next thing I see on the App is that the delivery has been made and I am unable to contact anybody to enquire what happened to my order. I want my money reversed now as I did not receive my order.
