No DELIVERY BUT CHARGED

I order around 6h00 this afternoon, I don't have app on my phone so I use online service. Usually when the guys are at the gate i will receive a call or they will buzz me so i will call and give them a code to access my apartment. Today never received any call and no delivery and I have been charged for the order and mind you it not the first time. I have sent emails to Uber to inquire no respond. So dissapointed ! JUst want my Money back
