No delivery and no refund - you are *******

Almost every second delivery has missing items and on Saturday I ordered food which was never delivered and they refuse to do a refund. I provided proof the driver never contacted me and asked for proof from their side but got nothing. You cannot enter my complex without calling me so it is easy to show my call log had no activity.

So with no reason for not giving a refund and no proof delivery was even attempted they have basically ****** money from me. DO NOT USE THIS!
