No delivery and no refund

What a joke. I ordered food through UberEats from KFC yesterday. I must have places the order around 12:30. The driver supposedly called and left my order on the pavement. I lodged a complaint for the missing food and money with Ubereats and was informed that the driver had followed internal protocol and tried to call me, but then he leaves with food that I paid for??

Never using this app again!!
