No delivery

This is the worst delivery service I have ever used in my life, and for a first time customer. I ordered my food just after 7. Collection was confirmed and driver was 4mins away from delivery. Three hours later and nothing. Tried contacting the driver, voicemail. Sent 3 messages, no response. What kind of service provider is this? Pathetic and unacceptable. The young ones had to sleep without a meal, tired of waiting. That is so ruthless. If you run out of business, don't wonder why.
