NO DELIVERY!!!!!

I ordered food on the app 26.09.2024.at 10.56 For my husband who works in at business location. The app said delivered and my account was debited .when I called him to ask how was his meal after 12, he said he's been waiting for so long and nothing has been delivered. So I went on the app and it showed that food was delivered, so I went onto the help and messaged them saying meal not delivered. They responded by saying that the driver fetched the food n went to the location, and that he tried calling me and he waited for 8 mins before leaving. I did not receive any phone calls, nor was I contacted via the app. Absolutely no correspondence from the driver.And they showed me a picture of the food in the packet in the back seat of a car. N they said that the food has been left at the location. My husband works in a business facility in which the driver could have met with the receptionist easily. I was sending emails back and forth the whole day for the to reply with saying that I'm not eligible for a refund! Utter nonsense The whole day went by and still no food delivered or attempts to assist me with an alternative. This is theft!
