NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL...TERRIBLE

I have gift cards to the value of R400 on my account and cannot redeem them. They were a gift from the company I work for and I've had them for almost a year now. I have sent UberEats countless emails and they have never responded, not even to one of my emails. The vouchers still show on my account. I'm not happy with their service at all - or the lack of it rather. I am even skeptical about actually making any real purchases on the app, if anything were to go wrong while purchasing where would I get answers if they can't even reply emails for a whole year??? TALK ABOUT A REAL INCONVIENIENCE.
