No care for customers at all

Uber eats needs to upgrade their service and security in order to protect their customers. Delivery drivers are aware that customers cannot be helped and so they take advantage of that. I was ****med twice. First time I waited for my order and it never arrived. The matters was not followed up and I lost money. Second time, the driver delivered my food and I paid but he cancelled my order and **** that he did not find me. There is no way that Uber eats can’t see all these reviews. They know what their drivers are doing but still not taking action
