No call, no food delivered

On the 29th May I made an order for food. I never got.m a call confirming arrival. I live in a complex that the security can collect food on our behalf. I sent a complaint but was refused a refund. Judging from the comments below with the same issues. Uber eats is refusing to review its policies and check whether their drivers are actually taking the necessary means to deliver food. I will never use this service ever again.
