NO Accountability

Totally disgusted with the lack of customer service. Used the app 3 times. 1st time my full order wasn't delivered, I notified them of this and they refunded me for the undelivered item. 2nd time, the driver got lost and instead of communicating with me, he cancelled the order. 3rd time the driver delivered to an incorrect address. So because of this, they tell me my account has been flagged for suspicious activity and they will not refund me for the 3rd order placed. Even though it was delivered to someone else. My account has been debited for an order I have not received and they tell me there is nothing I can do about it. The customer is therefore liable for the inefficiencies of the service provider, as non of the incidents are my fault. Been on their website and there is no way to lodge an official complaint. I've requested to speak to someone regarding this numerous times via the app, however, I get the same response. We will not refund you.
