No abiding by the contract agreement

Morning Hellopeter, I hope you can be able to assist me, my story with Ubereats goes like this: I have been a partner with them since 2019. This year my table got ****** and I have send them an email for a replacement. The person by the name of Abdullah assisted me. I have agreed that I will receive a new tablet with a stand for the price of R3600.00 and I will pay this in 6month.

Last month on the 25th the amount of R1200.00 was deducted from my account, I have been contacting them since then till to date no one came back to me regarding that. This month again on the 25yh the amount of R1200.00 was also deducted, I send an email again and am getting an automated response that says the matter has been escalated.

This tablet price at the shop is R1700.00 I choose to pay R3600.00 with Ubereats as an installment cause I don't have money to pay as a once off, and now that they have bridge our agreement, kindly help me get back my money and I will but the tablet from takealot for R1700.00. It is month-end they have taken money to pay for my stuff and to buy stock. Please hello Peter I have put all my faith in you to safe my restaurant.
