Nightmare using the Uber Eats App

I placed an order this evening and the Uber Eats App was malfunctioning, I almost lost my order because the driver was not picking up my address as per my information on the App. Even when I have written it out the delivery address in full in the delivery instructions.... It took 1 hr 30 mins to get my order, it was supposed to only take 30 mins...The App was picking up it's own address and the pin on the map DOES NOT WORK...!!! I COULDN'T MAKE A CALL TO THE DELIVERY MAN USING THE APP, UBER EATS DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL ME....Thank you to the gentleman who delivered my food he was a fair man, he made sure he got my order to me and he was not rude about it..... His name is Albert, delivery too place on the evening of the date 12th July 2025 Lokfu Northriding order... It shows that the Uber company does not care about the customer and it's delivery men and woman...!!!! How the hell do we get hold of anyone at Uber/Uber Eats to send our complaints to?....wow...!!!
