Nightmare!

I placed an order on behalf of myself and my colleagues through ubereats for KFC Rosebank, the order total was R357.00, I received alerts that the driver was at the door so I went out to collect it within the time frame given on the app… the order was then updated on the app as completed and I was not the one who collected this order!! I have been sending messages on their support line and I am not getting any response the drivers phone goes to voicemail. This is **************** and if the driver gave it to someone else why was the name on the app/order not confirmed !? This is ridiculous. It’s either these drivers ***** the food or just very negligent.
