Never use Uber eats around Pretoria

I have ordered food using Uber eats from Nandos tramshed Pretoria, the food never arrived I tried to communicate with the delivery person he was very rude towards me , he first told me I have the wrong address ( he was lying) then he said he is doing me a favor because he delivers for free and the tip was low . When contacted him again he said he is on heavy traffic (he is on scooter/motorcycle) then he said ‘wait it’s your fault to give wrong address’ and drop the phone . I sent him message to take the food back to Nandos I will collect them myself. I went to Nandos I was warned not to use Uber eats again as they get similar problems often and when you complain to Uber headquarters they do not do anything about it . They don’t fire them or refund you. I have send emails to Uber complaining about it but with no luck . Please do not use Uber eats and the delivery guy name is Jean Kasimuana . The guy is rude with no professional service. Again Uber is not doing anything to fix the situation. As I’m still waiting for my refund.
