NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER

I ordered Nandos Grand West Casino****erally 5munites away from them) and the order never arrived (driver kept saying his coming for over 30mnts) they told me about their policies which had nothing to do with the fact that I waited for such a long time. 1. This review suggest that I am lying.

2. It suggest that your delivery partners can do as they please with customers orders.

3. You have absolutely no sense of urgency if customers issues are gonna be solved by automated messages because i reported this way before we got to the order being delivered

This suggests that i can not rely on for assistance.

4. What does your policy about the time i placed the order and the time you so called delivery partner marked the order delivered?

5. Sane person who thoroughly did proper investigations about a customers complaint should ask him or her self from the time the order was collected to the time the driver marked it delivered what has been going on.

6. Can you not see just before this delivery i made an order and it was delivered.

7. If you are a reliable business you can go as far as pulling up the record your delivery partner admitting his new he does not know the place.

8. From this response i see poor choice of employment .

9. This response is no different from what happened Yesterday, I was waiting to expect an order and i never received it.

10. Today am waiting to expect a resolution but none. No remorse nothing exactly like your delivery partners.

This suggests that am dealing with ******* who ***** people's money who employ drivers to eat people's food knowing very well no actions will be taken
