NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER PLACED VIA UBER

on Friday evening, I placed an order through Uber eats at Romans. The drver arrived at about 18:15, unforetunitely I gave him the security code before he opened his delivery bag. Upon opening the delivery bag I realized its not my food, at the same time Romans phoned him and told him he took the wrong order, he argued in front of me and kept on asking them if they going to pay his petrol.

He left. After about 30 min I phoned Romans and asked about my order, they informed me that they gave him my food and even gave him delivery money. Obviously the money was deducted from my account by then. He NEVER came back with my food, I contacted Uber Eats and the only answer I received was that according them the food was delivered and the case is closed,

I am using Uber quit frequently so I am very disappointed with there attitude in this regard. The driver's name is Yared
