Never received my order.

Hi, uber eats really needs to improve on it's deliveries, I made a Chicken licken order Saturday morning, received a call from a *** number few minutes after my order, I answered but the signal was terrible so informed the person and hung up. After 5min, I got a delivery confirmation of my order and message saying the driver has made several attempts to communicate but without success, when I check my phone call log, I see nothing. So I tried calling him using the app, he didn't pick up, went to the security gate thinking maybe he left it there, but there was nothing, checked the reception area, nothing still, called Chicken licken to ask for the driver's number and to check if maybe he returned it there, they didn't have. What else can I do? Report the issue to uber but all I got is we won't be able to refund you, thank you for understanding. I wasn't looking for the refund, but the driver "Samuel"could've done better, he had obvious options that he could've used. Like leaving the order by security guys at entrance instead of ditching my order somewhere and then taking a picture. I had to re-order thank you.
