Never received my order - Don't use UberEats

Placed an order that we never received. The driver sent a picture of the food left on the pavement outside the complex, no attempt to phone to say he is here. When we got there, ofcourse the order was gone. Don't even try to get help via the app, useless. Never here from them. Just do yourself a favour and don't use uber eats. Since when is it ok to leave food on the street ? Hope they enjoy the meal
