never received my order

Dear Customer Support,

I am writing to report an issue with my order placed today at around 12:10. The order included Burger King burgers and 4 wings, totaling R217.00.

The order was not delivered, and when I contacted the delivery driver, Denford, he was extremely rude and unhelpful. I also spoke to the cashier at Burger King, informing them that I would come to fetch my order. The driver agreed to meet me at the restaurant, but when I arrived, he was not there and did not deliver my food.

As a result, I did not receive my order at all.

I am requesting a full refund of R217.00 immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to take it further.
