Never ordering from this ****ty company anymore

This company does not even deserve a star from me.. last night(12/04/22) I ordered kfc from ubereats around 19h15 and they said delivery would be at 19h45. Well the driver only arrived around 20h40, the packaging was torn with chips falling out. I then called the delivery guy, his name is Eric and asked him to come and see and explain to me what happened tk the food(my daughter was the one who had fetched the food from the parking area) He could not explain properly what happened to the food......so I gave it back and contacted their support section and explained what happened. They refunded me R30, the total cost of the meal was R149....so I paid everything for nothing. Also, there delivery people should make privision gif rainy weather because I'm never eating food that looks like it was tampered with
