Never Order from Uber eats, you are feeding their drivers

Never Order from Uber eats 😒 I ordered a meal yesterday and I happen to not change my address, because the system doesn't allow you to cancel, instead they say you should inform the driver about changing of address. I used my home address which is 20 min away from the restaurant and I wanted the driver to deliver my food at my workplace which was 5min from the restaurant. Instead I called the driver as per instruction from the Uber app, but the guy did not answer, I sent him messages on the chats he just viewed and ignored them and he drove straight to my home address which was 20mins away and then got to the gate pretended to call me, then he put my food on the street, took a picture and left with my meal, because my caretaker was outside I told him to take the food on my behalf but he said the there's nothing there, his been outside. When I reached out to Uber support they told me their driver - Desire, followed their procedure. So they hire thefts and then justify for them. So we are feeding their drivers. I am not happy, I am angry my R200 is gone because of a **** system its drivers...why do they put processes on their app that only work for the drivers. So Uber support refused to refund me, the guy ate my meal 😑 I would understand if I never followed the process or inform the guy, I even left a message on the ( meet at your door) giving him my change of address, number 2 his number the one he has on the app is unreachable because it would ring and then hang up meaning he was hanging up called him 5times...yesterday Uber support, says thats right. Their support is useless
