NEVER ORDER FOOD THROUGH UberEats

Uber Eats doesn't want to refund me for the order that i never received from steers the colony ,my order number is 3F58E , When i email their support , i got an automated response of which i think its a robot because i get the same reply for different emails that i sent to them . When i called steers they said they never accepted the order therefore only uber eats can refund me, but even when i called ubeeats, i still didnt get help.
