Never ever use UberEats!

Ordered food. Eventually the app said the food was delivered, although we received nothing. I had to phone te restaurant to get the drivers number and the frustrating system uber uses means I cannot phone them and get help. Long story short, after an hour and MANY frustrating phone calls, I got into my car and went to the restaurant to get my food myself. I will never ever use UberEats again. I want a refund for the delivery charges
