Never delivered my food yet account deducted

I ordered a meal with uber eats, first they said the delivery was running late. I have never had to wait for a 15 minute deliver ONE hour. On top of that my order updates on the tracker as delivered, yet I havent received any delivery. My account has been deducted. I tried to get into contact via live chat that failed miserably. I then managed to send a complaint via email. I have a whole thread of confused people replying to my emails. They said the they couldnt get the account then they found the account and then advised that there was no payment made. Then they rep**** again saying that there was no order. I even went as far as sending them my fnb notification messages. This is ridiculous guys. I am very disappointed.
