never arrived, no calls from delivery guy

It never arrived

I got a SMS from your automated system which said the guy tried to call me but he never did. I attach screenshots as proof. I insist that you refund me. YOU WILL SEE ON MY CALL REGISTER THAT THERE ARE NO CALLS AFTER FRIDAY EXCEPT TO STEERS WOODMEAD FROM ME.

We’ve checked your account and I can see that your order has been marked as completed. Would you mind letting us know if you didn’t receive it so that we can look into this further for you?

Moving forward, please note that once you've entered your delivery address and placed your order, we aren't able to adjust it on our end.

You can, however, contact the partner directly and tell them the correct address for the delivery. Be sure to give them clear instructions so there are no additional delays while your order is being delivered.
