Never again Uber Eats.

Talk about a service that has gotten worse and worse. 20% extra on all orders plus extra delivery costs on most items. Then paying extra above that to receive your items within a reasonable time. If by the way you don't pay extra for the 20-30 min delivery, expect y0ur order to delivered between an hour to an hour 45 minutes. Waiting an hour and 30 minutes for a piece of cake from a restaurant just a few kms away.

Uber Eats could take a page out of sixty/60's book on service fees, delivery times and value for money.

It is an extremely bad strategy to create, and continue go down the path of super high fees for a horrific service. Guys, you need to get a grip on what SA needs.

For me, I am sadly never going to use your service again. When a service provider almost forcefully pushes you to pay for delivery and then again another extra delivery cost so you can have your food within a reasonable time and if you don't you are punished with super long delivery times so next time you would pay extra for priority delivery.... I say no and uninstall the app. We chose how we support and suppliers like this do not deserve our support.
