Never again!!

I Cancelled an order within 2 minutes, also contacted the restaurant to cancel, a representative from Uber also contacted me within minutes to confirm my cancellation. They have refused to refund me, there reason is that I did no contact them within 48 hours and now the website just says order resolved and I can’t make contact with them anymore, idiots!!
