Need my refund

I ordered on UberEats and accidentally submitted the wrong address. the driver was still close to our area when i messaged him to turn around but he read the messages and didn't respond. I called him and he turns the phone off - happened multiple times. still he left the food at the wrong place and ignored my messages. I ordered today from Sharafat Take Aways Bellville. I have screenshots of all my messages to him and yet he left the food there! I also logged a call to UberEats to refund me but they haven't responded yet. I even tipped him upfront but I want my tip back.
