Nandos cresta mall & Uber eats **** service

I ordered a meal through uber eats at Nandos crest a mall at 7pm,. while keeping track of the order, the time it has been taking has been changing to a later time. We have been calling the driver and he doesn't answer. He sent a message stating that he is stuck at nandos crest a mall. We tried calling again and he just doesn't answer. We tried one more time and his phone is now going to voicemail. I tried calling nandos crest a mall and they don't bother to answer the calls. I'm very disgusted with the service from both Nandos and uber eats. I will not order from nandos and uber eats ever again. I will rather use Mr Delivery.
