My Voucher Taken to pay old balance

Good day

I just ordered food for my daughter using a voucher and UBER eats took it apparently i owe which is not correct. Please investigate urgenltly. My daughter is waiting for food.

In 2019 i used two vouchers for R100 each and the system says vouchers added on my account. It look like it never paid my account and now I lost one of the voucher slip i only have one.
