My UberEats no show

Today was by far my worst experience using the Uber App.

I ordered food using UberEats. I had included instructions for when he delivers. My order ETA was 13:55, I could still track where the driver was and what was happening with my order. Next thing, around 14:15, I received a notification saying that my order had been delivered.

Uber, you genuinely give me more reasons for me to dislike me. I genuinely want my money back. I have no idea what the lad did with my order- but I do not trust the ubereats app. It has us servicing negativity with these no shows.
