My Uber eats order never got delivered

Very horrible ,My order never got delivered by Uber eats guy called Qolani..I ordered and payed online through Uber eats on 22 Sep 25. My order was scheduled to be delivered at 17h07 by Qolani. I have been sitting with friends outside by my gate since returning from work. We decided to order a full chicken,chips and rolls from Honchos through Uber eats. At about 17h14 the order status on the app changed to "delivered"..This was shocking because we are right by the gate and no car or scooter came through.I decided to call Qolani through the app,his phone rang a few times then my call got rejected. Since then I've been trying to contact support even via email but to no avail. My order was never delivered and I'm certain of this..I need Uber eats to refund my R264,00🤬🤬
