My Uber driver marked my food as delivered and then drove away without delivering

I am apalled. I ordered Uber Eats and the driver marked the food as delivered when it was not. He then left to go to a place that is 16km away from me and told him that I would have to pay him extra. This is disgusting service and I expected more from Uber. Please be weary when ordering Uber Eats
