My refund uber eats

I ordered on the 22nd of July and the driver never got to me, it said 2minutes away..upon checking I told him on the chat to drive up and instead he had the guts to reply to me on the chat saying he has delivered to the person he was supposed to deliver for, whilst I told him I'm still at the gate waiting.

I sent a complain on the app immediately, more than once and received no response from the company. only to be told today on their Facebook that they don't do refunds after 48hours
