My rate negative 11.5 for Ubereats

This is an absolutely ridiculous app, I placed an order @11:00 and the order got canceled at 13:30 during this time, there was no communication with restaurant and me, there was absolutely no way were I could actually track my order, you know when you having a bad you order comfort food to brighten up your day, in this case it just made my whole day even worse!!!! On top of that there was no apology from Ubereats or the restaurant, I mean if they don't want my business, there are other places who are willing to keep their customers happy. This is not the first time it happened. If only they could communicate with me and let me know they having problems, I could have done something else. I literally starved all thanks to this stupid, useless and unprofessional App!!!!!! It is about time they honestly get a wake up call. Officially the most useless thing ever created by mankind!
