My order was delivered at the wrong location

I ordered on the 4th of November at 7h35 pm & when the order was about to arrive it was cancelled then I reordered & my latest arrival was at 9h05 pm , because we didn’t have electricity my phone switched off & I waited at the gate until 9h30 pm but no sign when the electricity came back at 10h00 pm i checked if ever anything happened & only to find out is that my food was delivered whereas I didn’t get the food & the person who took the also took a picture that they did get food .
