My order never arrived

I'm writing to report an issue with my Uber Eats order from Chicken Licken (106 Steve Biko Rd, Berea, Durban, 4001) yesterday at 14:00. Despite clear instructions, my order (R135.70) never arrived. The driver overshot my instructed address, and when I called immediately after passing my address, he didn't answer initially. When he finally answered, he claimed to come back, but never showed up. I've tried calling multiple times since then, but my calls went unanswered. I visited the store expecting to find my returned order, but there was none. The driver, Arone, apparently ate my food. I'm requesting a refund, as I had to purchase another meal due to their unresponsiveness. Evidence for calls I made is attached.
