my order never arrived

I used the app to order some items from Game on the 8/05/2020 order No. #17642. when the items were dispatched, the driver was Doris Binene, i tracked the order. Suddenly it said order delivered, yet i didnt recieve it. I paid R744.94 for this item. money down the drain. trying to get UberEats to help me is like sucking blood from a stone. on Friday they called me saying they will investigate. fastforward to the 11/05/2020, still no word from UberEats. i called the call centre and spoke to a lady who said they dont have my complaint and tried to help me log it again but eventually said the system seems to have a problem...just keep trying. on the same Friday i had ordered using them meals from steers and i received those. Please assist with either receiving my order or reimbursing me the money already paid. Scared to ever use them again, thought they were a trusted agent.
