My order and the audacity of the driver to shout at my daughter.

On 17 July, I ordered supper for my kids from Romans Pizza in Ormonde, but the food never arrived. I was promised a refund, yet 12 days have passed and I still haven’t received it. Then, on 29/30 July, I ordered from Nando’s Ormonde using the same app. I was working from home and couldn’t go to the gate. The driver refused to deliver to the door, saying he was scared of losing his bike. I usually use UberEats for this reason—it allows me to get my food at the door while I work. I sent my 6‑year‑old daughter instead, and the driver shouted at her. That was completely unacceptable.

For now, I just want my refund. I’ve been promised it for the past two weeks, but nothing has happened.
